GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
- NON REFUNDABLE RATE, provides for pre-payment and does not allow you to modify or cancel the reservation. It will be possible to request vouchers (and related conditions) by email to [email protected] in case of impossibility to reach Rome
- STANDARD RATE, payment in the structure, credit card only as guarantee, possibility to cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. The credit card guarantee must be valid and must include the total amount of the reservation. The accommodation facility will verify the validity of the credit card by pre-authorisation
- CHECK-IN FROM 15.00, for any early check-in, based on availability, a supplement of 5.00 euros may be required for each hour before 15.00
- FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE, you can leave your luggage at the reception upon your arrival or departure at no extra cost. It is recommended not to leave anything of value in your suitcases as the luggage room is not supervised
- CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11.00, for any late check-out, based on availability, a supplement of 5.00 euros may be required for each hour after 11.00. IMPORTANT: hand over the room keys upon departure, failure to deliver would oblige you to pay the shipping costs
- NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM, there is a fantastic garden where you can enjoy a cigarette in relaxation, but we remind you that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and penalties are foreseen for transgressors
- MANDATORY DOCUMENT AT CHECK-IN, upon your arrival you will be asked to show a valid document (passport, identity card or driving licence)
- RECEPTION OPEN 24H, we are always at your disposal, 24 hours a day, we advise you to always leave the room keys at the reception so as to avoid loss
- ACCESS TO THE GARDEN 24H, even access to our garden is possible 24 hours a day to enjoy a coffee, a drink or simply listen to the birds singing. Maximum silence is required from 11.00 pm for the respect of the other guests present
- BREAKFAST, unfortunately after covid, accommodation facilities like ours are no longer allowed to produce breakfast for guests and therefore it is not included in the rates. However, every morning we will have many assorted croissants brought from our trusted bakery, we will offer you an espresso or an American coffee or a hot tea that you can taste in the garden in relaxation
- CAPPELLETTA, in the structure you will find a pretty little church where you can relax and reflect a bit, for a prayer or simply to enjoy a bit of silence
- WHATSAPP, you can contact us at any time via whatsapp and ask for assistance or simply advice on where to dine, we will always answer you in no time and it will be a pleasure to help you better enjoy our beautiful Rome
- NO AIR CONDITIONING, unfortunately due to a refusal by the superintendence of fine arts of the municipality of Rome, it was not possible to install an air conditioning system, we know that this could be not comfortable on days when it will be very hot, but we have foreseen ceiling fans in every room so you can make your stay a little more pleasant
- TRASTEVERE, we are 300 meters from the beating heart of Trastevere, where every evening you can get lost in the alleys and discover small squares, clubs, restaurants, bars, wine bars and much more. It is the liveliest and most entertaining district of the city, it will amaze you with its historical beauties and the picturesque characters you will meet, we have a list of restaurants to recommend and our receptionists are at your disposal 24 hours a day to introduce you to the best typical Roman trattorias
